ENNA-EP
The National Air Navigation Company, ENNA-EP is a company governed by Angolan public law, created by Decree No. 206/19 of 1 July 2019 following the split process of the National Airport Exploration and Air Navigation Company (ENANA- EP).
ENNA-EP results from the need to create a public company dedicated and with acquired experience to ensure the public navigation support service in the airspace under the responsibility of the Republic of Angola.
ENNA-EP is responsible for ensuring the development, installation, management and exploitation of air navigation services and infrastructures, as well as other infrastructures related to navigation support systems, routes and airspace within the Region. Flight Information Unit (RIV) under the responsibility of the Republic of Angola.
ENNA-EP is also responsible for the study, planning, construction and development of new systems and infrastructures to support air navigation, as well as the coordination of all support services for domestic and international air traffic.
ENNA-EP is supervised by the Ministry of Transport, has the status of a large public company and is managed by a Board of Directors made up of five Executive Directors and two non-Executive Directors held by the following Entities:
ENNA is governed by Law 11/13 of 3 September - Public Business Sector Law, by its Statutes, Strategic Plan, Budget and Internal Regulations, approved by the Ministry of Guardianship, and by other National and International Legislation applicable to its activity.
Mission
That is our mission.

a) Carry out activities for the development, installation, management and exploitation of air navigation services, systems and infrastructures, relating to public airports and aerodromes, as well as other air navigation infrastructures in which such activities are entrusted to it by the Executive ;

b) Air navigation systems, including those that, in accordance with international conventions, respect the Flight Information Regions (RIV) under the responsibility of Angola, with the exception of those that exclusively serve aerodromes or airports not referred to in the previous paragraph, except if they are attributed to the company's responsibility on the basis of specific agreements or reasons of public interest, under the terms defined by order of the Minister responsible for the Company's Activity Sector;

c) Participation in national organizations related to its activity, namely those dedicated to civil/military consultation and coordination within the scope of traffic and airspace management;

d) Participation in international organizations related to its activity and the corresponding representation of the State whenever requested by the Government.

a) Pioneering the development, implementation, and oversight of cutting-edge air navigation services, systems, and infrastructures across public airports and aerodromes, as well as other vital air navigation facilities entrusted to us by regulatory authorities.

b) Ensuring the seamless operation of air navigation systems within the Flight Information Regions (FIR) under our jurisdiction, in compliance with international conventions and standards, excluding facilities exclusively serving aerodromes or airports unless mandated by specific agreements or public interest considerations, as stipulated by regulatory directives.

c) Actively engaging in national civil/military consultative bodies and coordination mechanisms dedicated to enhancing traffic and airspace management, facilitating efficient collaboration and informed decision-making.

d) Representing the nation's interests and promoting harmonized air navigation practices on the international stage through active participation in relevant international organizations and forums, providing expert insights and contributions as mandated by governmental directives.
